I have 5+ years in recruitment and HR — which means I've sat across the table from hundreds of candidates and hiring managers, and I've seen everything. The good, the messy, the hilarious, and the genuinely unfair.
By day I'm a People & Culture Officer. Outside of that, I run HR Diary (my HR consulting brand) and Career Bridge (a platform I built to help students and early-career professionals actually land jobs). I also wrote a book about it all.
I love art, I read books and talk about them, and I'm slowly learning Spanish. I'm a whole person, not just a job title.
